He began his professional career in 2010 as a social media and data scientist for an innovative real estate company and from there, started a social media company targeting real estate developers.
Mr. Dolson remained there until 2011, when he developed LXRY Group, starting with the online Canadian luxury magazine, LXRY.ca. At the same time, he developed a social media agency, which quickly became the top social media agency in Toronto and one of the top in Canada.
From there, in 2019, he embarked upon creating a social and digital marketing company, BenchMRK, that benchmarks local, national and international brands to the world and industry-leading companies. In the process, he reinvigorated his love for marketing, real estate, finance, and social media marketing efforts as the cornerstone of the new organization.
Mr. Dolson is the majority shareholder of the LXRY Group.
